What Can You Play?
We want you to be able to explore your character in whatever way that fits in with our general story world. We have listed the main types of characters you'll find in a typical Supernatural Roleplay Environment below and have provided some guidelines to get you started. The only type of character we don't want to contend with are All Powerful Omniscient Deities and those that can do everything. If there is a specific type of character you want to play but don't see it listed, please reach out via Discord so we can make sure it fits with the storyworld before you do any shopping or anything.
What Can You Do?
Yes, we absolutely want you to be able to play what you want to play and while we aren't being overly restrictive, there are some things types of magic and capabilities which we aren't going to allow because, when used, can royally mess up just about everything. We're talking things like Time Travel, controlling Fate, the ability to open a portal in the middle of the city to a black hole, you know, the usual stuff. Does that mean your character can't have done those things before? No. You can build whatever weird stuff in your personal backstory that you want for the most part, but for some reason (queue wiggly fingers) you can't do it anymore.

Lots of potential talents to learn here. While we are not going to have an XP system, we will still from time to time reward active RPers with new abilities, talents, or sometimes a magical object. We know you want to be able to grow and advance your characters, but managing an XP system is overhead that takes away from RP. We have day jobs and house jobs and want to play, too.

If you don't see something listed, it doesn't mean you can't have it/do it. Ask! We aren't precious and love taking suggestions. We also can't possibly list every type of weakness or perk someone could have- especially humans. So if you don't see something, please speak up. We want to make this a fun place to build as a group of RPers together!
One Final Word...
Before you get to scrolling through races, there is one final item to make clear:

Magic may only be used by, drum roll please, Magic Wielders. If you are a hybrid with a Magic Wielder, you can only retain one school of magic and it will be weaker than a full blooded magic user.
